Re: GA in NBC Series "Hannibal" Arc

by Shipperatheart » June 2nd, 2013, 4:10 am

This is a really good show, and very well done (and GA was awesome in her appearance), but I'd be shocked to see it continued. It's frankly probably too dark, moody, and shocking for network TV. I could see something like this on cable or a premium channel (like HBO). I guess the problem is that th...

Ratings for first episode with GA The NBC Hannibal machine heavily promoted GA's appearance last night (for a 3 minute appearance). If they were hoping her addition would give ratings a boost from all her XF fans, thus far it hasn't. Why mention this? Because to date the series has not been renewed...

. I am kinda mad at the way it went down, though. It was clear that the writing had been less planned on the overall arch after DD left the show. Another thing for me would be the "atmosphere" that they especially had during the first few years in Vancouver. Often there were layers of fog, and it often seemed damp and dark and spooky, which added to the general scariness and creepiness. Yes the atmosphere. I love it. And the bright...

This morning when I was about to go to work, I heard on the radio the theme song of TXF. Turned out the radio is promoting a new programme and the name of it is called 'sensitive files' (in Chinese).
See, the impact of TXF is still going on after all these years!
