MSR relationship song

Postby SureFineWhatever » December 2nd, 2011, 12:45 am

What songs make you think of Mulder and Scully when you hear them? Right now I'd have to say the songs "Always," by Switchfoot for after the official kiss and "Someone Else's Life," by Josh Radin for before.
Mulder: Scully?
Scully: Yes?
Mulder: Marry me.
Scully: I was hoping for something a little more helpful.

There are lots, but one that springs to mind is Snow Patrol's "Chasing Cars" particularly that line "If I lay here, if I just lay here, wiould you lie with me and just forget the world" lovely stuff! hug]
I owe you everything, you owe me nothing

Snow Patrol is definitely MSR music!

Scully: Yes?
Mulder: Marry me.
Scully: I was hoping for something a little more helpful.

"Come What May," by Ewan McGregor and Nicole Kidman, from the official soundtrack for, "Moulin Rouge." This is one of my favourite videos for Mulder and Scully. I don't recall now who made the video, but it's brilliant. I have a copy of it. :)
"Those characters are forever searching...Even if we’re not watching them, they’re out there, in some dimension. Mulder and Scully are still doing their thing, ‘cause that’s their nature."
David Duchovny, August 2012
